The outfit is worn by the same model, don't pay attention to his hair even though is worth looking at, but the clothes just made me think of something Will would wear. Dark colors to bring out his blue eyes, which Cassandra describes multiple times throughout the book.
I had a lot of fun searching for him. Next stop, Jem. Oh boy, this is the one I really, really like from both Tessa and Will.
